There are some rules which you need to follow with the above diet plan as per the given calories in the calories sections. I’ll give you some tips which you need to follow for quick weight loss with this chapati diet.

1. Don't keep yourself hungry: Starving yourself never reduces weight. If you really want to lose weight then you need to follow a good diet plan. Do not starve yourself. It is good that you enjoy your miles and think that you are losing extra fat from your body. It is fine to skip one or two miles in a day, but you will not get the results until you follow a good diet plan.

2. Have right diet plan and meals: For the weight loss process you always need to have a good diet plan or need to customize your meal as per your calorie requirement throughout the day.
